Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Better Living Rolled Oats
- 1 1/2 Cups frozen Blueberries OR sliced frozen Peaches
- 1 Cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 Cup almond milk
- 1 Tablespoon honey
TOTAL TIME-10 MINUTES
- Gluten Free
- Vegan
Great way to start the day or to have a ‘pick me up’ drink any time of day!!
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all the ingredients to your blender, in the order listed.
Blend until very smooth and enjoy.
